Effective June 1, 2018, the Board of Trustees have amended the terms of the Plan to increase benefit coverage for prescribed medications from 80% to 100%. Additionally, the Trustees amended the terms of the Plan to eliminate the $2.00 per prescription deductible.
For clarity, this only applies to eligible medications, pursuant to the terms of the Plan, which are prescribed by your physician. The maximum payable, per calendar year, for eligible prescription medications remains the same at $2,500.00 per person.
Please note all other eligible benefits, under the Extended Health provision, remain the same at 80% coverage.
